  • Seasoning – Must be unopened and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.

  • Returns and replacements are offered for defective, broken, or missing items. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Upon receiving your returned merchandise (within 14 days of purchase), a refund in the amount of the purchase (minus shipping) will be initiated immediately. Please allow for the transaction to be fully processed within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to the method of payment that was used to make the original purchase. Refunds cannot be issued to different accounts or credit cards.

  •  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • International items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • EMMPECCABLY SEASONED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE

  • Customer is solely responsible for entering the correct shipping address
